FlipTalk ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the FlipTalk mobile application ("App").
Camera and Microphone Access
The App requires access to your device's camera and microphone to record videos. All video recording and processing happens locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your video recordings on our servers.
Photo Library Access
When you save or export videos, the App accesses your photo library. Saved videos remain on your device and are not transmitted to us.

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App. This includes:

Crash Reports
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic information. This helps us identify and fix technical issues. Crash reports may include device type, OS version, app state at the time of crash, and error logs. Crash reports do not contain your personal content or video recordings.
Advertising Data
For users on the free tier, we display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device advertising identifier, IP address, general location data, and interaction with advertisements. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings. Pro subscribers do not see advertisements.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase transactions (handled by Apple), subscription status, and anonymous user identifiers. We do not have access to your payment details. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple through the App Store.

Your videos are processed entirely on your device. We do not have access to your video content.

FlipTalk is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
